Like for like
Role, level, location, employer market, company size, contract type, currency, and pay period define the comparison. CLT, local PJ, and international PJ remain separate.
Source and freshness
Published results will identify the source, collection dates, cohort size, and methodology. Groups too small to protect confidentiality or support reliable conclusions will be suppressed. Thresholds must be validated before launch.
Observed and modeled
Observed compensation and modeled estimates must be clearly distinguished. Electus nearshore cost estimates are not observed Brazil-wide salary percentiles.
Voluntary participation
