What this website collects, why, and who handles it.

Who is responsible
Ella Executive Search Ltda, based in São Paulo, Brazil, runs ellapeople.com and is the company responsible for the personal data you send through it.

What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form, which opens when you choose a company call to action such as “Talk to us about a hire”:
- your name
- your work email
- your company
With them, the form sends which service you asked about, the page you were on and its language, and a reCAPTCHA token. It also has a hidden field that people don’t see: if that field is filled in, the form closes and nothing is sent.
The rest of the site has no accounts and no other forms that send data.
Why
To answer your inquiry and schedule the meeting you asked for. We don’t sell your data.
Who handles it
- Google reCAPTCHA: loads only when you open the booking form, to check that a person is sending it. The Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) apply.
- The Ella Executive Search contact service, hosted on Supabase: receives the form, checks the reCAPTCHA token, and passes your details to the Ella team by email, marked as coming from ellapeople.com.
- Calendly: after the form, the Ella calendar opens from Calendly with your name and email filled in, so Calendly receives them. If you book a time, Calendly also handles what its booking form asks for, under its Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab).
- Firebase Hosting (Google): serves this site’s pages. As with any website, delivering a page uses the technical data your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from ellapeople.com itself.
It remembers your language choice, English or Português, in your browser’s local storage. That stays on your device and is not sent anywhere.
When the booking form loads them, Google reCAPTCHA and Calendly may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to contact@ellaexecutivesearch.com.
